If you need help, please use our online link (preferred), call or email. We will reach out to discuss your need and set a plan to proceed. The advantage of using the online link is that it takes less than five minutes to complete and provide us important information to have the right staff member contact you. If you are applying for financial assistance, our request form provides a checklist to help you understand what documents we need to take your application. In 2023, we had more requests and provided more financial assistance than in any other year in our history. While overall this is good news as we provided more financial assistance than ever before, it does mean that there is often a wait time for an appointment. We will work to schedule an appointment as soon as possible and to provide the assistance you are eligible for from our Agency and potentially from the VA.
